When I purchased it, no regional restrictions were placed on it, but can Separate ways be activated in Japan even if restrictions are placed later?
replyKeys were changed recently for the game, it's unclear right now which region the DLC will feature, but as soon as we know we'll add it to our DLC pages (when they're available).

replyJust added the Mercenaries (free DLC) to my library and found out that it works with no problem and there is no restrictions on gore effects？（can blow enemy’s head off）
replyWe don't know how they'll deliver it so we can't answer that. It's possible it'll be a free update and not a dlc. We'll have to wait until the launch to find out more.

replyPre-order content comes with the game key. There is no separate key for game and pre-order.
