Same for everyone, looks like it hasn't updated on Steam yet. Hopefully it'll be resolved within a few minutes when the publisher fixes it.

i bought delux but on steam it showed regular version like why

You have the correct version and will be able to start playing when the early access begins at 10am PST - the global release time on Steam. Games on the launcher never display a special edition, but you can verify your version on activation or on the product activation page in account settings.

Do we have a more exact date of when are we getting the Digital Deluxe Edition Key?? (I would hope for at least 12h before Feb 7th)

Keys are dependent on the publisher, but should be before release. We've been working with Warner for many years and have never had a problem delivering on time. As soon as we get keys we'll send out.
There's still plenty of time before February 7th :)

Yes. Likely before that, usually when a preload occurs if one does.

Not sure where you saw this, there's no preload and that's direct from Warner the publisher. I believe it's on console, but not PC.
