Exchange before delivery of the key

Pre-ordered a version of Farming Simulator 19 but want to switch version? Example: You want to swap from the Giants version and get a Steam key instead. As long as you've not picked up your key the exchange is pretty straight forward.

Note: The eaisest way is to refund to Gamesplanet Wallet and this will allow you to pick up either a Steam or Giants (depending on what you want to exchange). The process is explained in our step by step gallery below:

Step 1: Click on the game in your Gamesplanet library after purchase.

Step 2: Click the bottom of the "Request a refund" button.

Step 3: Now you can choose if you want to put the balance on the Gamesplanet account or an external payout.

Step 4: To speed up the exchange we recommend Refund to the Gamesplanet wallet (if you've not paid with Amazon Pay)

Step 5: Add the correct product to your basket and the payment will be deducated at the checkout.

Step 6: Complete your purchase and you'll see the correct version in your library.

Want to refund so you can take advantage of the Amazon promotion (valid until 25.11)? Then refund your purchase back to the payment service you chose to purchase and not your Gamesplanet wallet.
