Paying with paysafecard in a few steps

Ok, we do not know how many steps you need to reach the nearest paysafecard merchant in your area. Whether you buy your paysafecard in a kiosk, a supermarket, a petrol station or anywhere else - you have the choice. Also, whether you buy a paysafecard worth 10, 25 or 50 Pounds, for example. 5. If the amount of your paysafecard is not enough to buy the game, you can add more PINs. Simply click on + icon and type in additional PINs.
6. Check "Yes, I agree to the Terms of paysafecard." after reading the terms and conditions.
7. Then click on "PAY" to complete the purchase process.
8. Your purchased games will immediately land in your Gamesplanet library under My Games. In this example we indulged in BioShock Triple Pack. Click the game title - here BioShock Triple Pack - in your personal library. Then simply click on "Enable this product" and the purchase is now completed with your confirmation. You can now redeem your key(s).

Simply enter the PIN(s) from your paysafecard into the input window, tick "Yes", and you're done!

Only with your confirmation do you make the keys visible in your library.

What happens to the remaining balance of my paysafecard?

In the example shown above, we have entered the PIN of a paysafecard with 10 euros (£8.73) credit for the purchase of BioShock Triple Pack. The game costs £8.49, so there's £0.24 left. Do not worry, this balance remains stored on your paysafecard. If there's any amount left on your paysafecard then you can use the same PIN to purchase games or increase your paysafecard balance using another top-up purchasable from any paysafecard merchant.

By the way: On the official website of paysafecard you always have the option to check the credit balance of a paysafecard PIN using the "Balance check" function. Even with the paysafecard app, this can be done quite comfortably by simply scanning the QR code on the receipt with your smartphone camera.

The remaining balance of £0.24 will be displayed if the PIN is used again.

Many customers have asked us if it was possible to combine multiple paysafecards and we're pleased to say it's now possible! Whether you've got a small amount or a large amount, we allow you to merge credits to use on your Gamesplanet wallet.

Example: On paysafecard you have a remaining balance of £0.70 and you want to purchase a game like HITMAN 2 which is £39.99 (at present). Here's how to combine your remaining credit from paysafecard:

• Go to the "Wallet / Balance" section of your Gamesplanet account.
• Click on the button "Transfer paysafecard credit" on the right.
• Enter in the field the amount that you want to transfer (for example 0.70).
• A window of the payment service provider opens. Here you type the PIN of your paysafecard and click on "pay".
• After the paysafecard credit transfer add the game of your choice to your shopping cart, for example HITMAN 2.
• The Gamesplanet wallet balance will automatically count towards the next purchase. Choose a payment method for the balance and complete the purchase.

Note: This can be done multiple times, so if you have a few paysafecard PIN's available you'll be able to use them towards a purchase!

Managing paysafecard PINs

Those who often handle paysafecard receipts can lose track of things.
